Ingredients

3 eggs beaten, 1 cup of sugar, 3/4 cups all purpose of flour and about 3/4 of unsalted  butter, 1 teaspoon beaking soda, pinch of salt, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract and 2-3 ripe bananas.

The method step by step

1st step of the recipe: put the butter in a bowl. Let it sit for 10-15 minutes to melt in the heat.

2nd step: in a large mixing bowl, beat the 3 eggs in about 1 minute. Add the sugar and continue to beat until creamy.

3rd step: mix all the dry ingredients in one bowl: baking soda, flour, vanilla extract, salt

4th step: smash the banana and mix the melted butter in it.  Combine the two and pour over the dry mix. Mix together until you get a thick batter.

Mix everything together and pour it into a loaf pan. Now, it is important that you grease a loaf pan and preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 C). Bake it for 50-60 minutes.

Let it cool completely before serving.

Tip 1: You can add ½ peanut butter or walnut coarsely chopped, toasted or You can use a very small amount of cinnamon, chocolate chips

Tip 2: The bread is best served with fresh whipped cream.
